Novruz – New Day (First Day Of The Spring Welcome Celebration Holiday – The day of the astronomical vernal equinox):

Day 1, March 20, Good Roads

Arrive in Ashgabat. Meet at the international airport. Transfer to hotel. Check in at 12:00. Start sightseeing in Ashgabat and the Parthian Old Nisa Fortress, Turkmenbashy mosque. Welcome Night tour. Overnight

Day 2, March 21, Good Roads

Visit the Novruz Day festivities outside of the town. Then free program to visit town. Overnight at hotel

Day 3, March 22, Highway Road and Mountain Track, 175km

Visit the Akhalteke horse farm, KovAta cave lake, drive to Kopetdag mountains. Arrive in Nohur village. Sightseeing in the village. Stay home or camping (as per request)

Day 4, March 23, Mountain Track and Highway Road, 300km

Sightseeing in Nohur Valley, Kopetdag mountains. Back on the route, visit the Parau Bibi mausoleum. Drive to Balkanabat town. Check in hotel. Visit the Mollakara salt waters beach. Overnight at hotel

Day 5, March 24, Old Bumpy Asphalt Roads and 4WD Track, 350km

Drive to YangyKala canyon. Sightseeing of the canyon – the unusual relief and play of colors. The previous floor of the Tethys Sea. Drive to Turkmenbashy town. Happy to check in hotel at Avaza Hotel Resort. Free program to visit the Caspian Sea. Overnight.

Day 6, March 25, Flight 1hr, (Highway Road , Old Highway, Sand Track, 250km)

A.M. Flight to Ashgabat.

P.M. Drive to Karakum desert. Stop for photos. Arrive at Darvaza. 4WD track to the Flaming Gas Crater. Sightseeing. Wild camp at the site. See the gas crater at sunset and at night. Overnight in tent

Day 7, March 26, (250km Sand Track, Old Highway, Highway Road), Flight 40min

A.M. Return drive to Ashgabat

P.M. Flight to Mary. Arrive. Stay at hotel. Free program in town

Day 8, March 27, Asphalt Roads and Sand Tracks 200km

Visit the Mary history museum. Drive to Karakum desert and sightseeing at GonurDepe archeological site. On route: visit Goebekly fortress

, Signal Tower, Nestorian Church remains. Arrive at Mary. Overnight

Day 9, March 28, Asphalt Roads 80 km, Flight 40min

Sightseeing in Merv History Park, the largest ancient trade, scientific and cultural center in the historic region of Khorasan

Flight to Ashgabat. Free program. Transfer to the international airport as per flight schedule
